What are your hours of operation?
Our Sebring, Okeechobee, Arcadia, and Leesburg, Florida locations are open Monday – Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Taylor Rental will deliver equipment and party items directly to your job or event site. Please feel free to call us for rates.

Can I reserve my items in advance?
Taylor Rental allows you to reserve your items up to TWO YEARS in advance!

What if I cancel my event? Do I still have to pay for it?
You may cancel with no penalty up to two weeks prior to your event. Cancelling within two weeks of your event will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

This fee does not apply to an inflatable rental that is cancelled PRIOR to delivery due to inclement weather.

How long can I keep my items?
Our party and event items (other than inflatables) are rated for UP TO 3 days. For example, you may need a tent, tables and chairs for an event on Saturday, so we will deliver the items on Friday and pick up the items on Monday. This gives you the time you need for a successful, stress-free event. We also have weekly and monthly rates for these items.

Do you offer insurance for damaged or stolen items?
Unfortunately, no. The customer is responsible for the cost of repairing any damage and/or the replacement cost of the items in the event of theft. This includes weather-related damage to tents and inflatables. Taylor Rental is NOT responsible for damage to customers' property due to weather-related incidents.

 
Why do you charge extra for a trailer?
We found that many of our customers have and use their own trailers, so we could not charge them the same rate as someone using our trailer. Therefore, we thought it more fair to charge for the trailer only if it is needed.

What if I want to rent equipment on a weekend?
We offer a "Weekend Special"! Items rented PRIOR to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday may be returned by 5:00 p.m. on the same day for a 1 day charge, or by 8:00 a.m. on Monday for a 1 1/2 day rate.

Items rented AFTER 3:00 p.m. on Saturday may be returned by 8:00 a.m. on Monday for a 1 day rate.

The "Weekend Special" does NOT apply to stump grinders.

What if I get rained out?
Rates are for time out of shop, regardless of weather.

What if I go over the allowable meter hours on equipment?
We charge approximately $30.00 per hour on overages. This will pro-rate to a second day if this proves to be the less expensive option.
Convenient Equipment Rates
Whether you need to rent equipment for a few hours or several months, we have a rate plan that fits your needs.
  • 4-hour rates for "out of shop" only.
  • Daily rates for 24 hours "out of shop" with up to 8 hours on the engine meter.
  • Weekly rates for 7 days "out of shop" with up to 40 hours on the meter.
  • Monthly rates for 4 weeks "out of shop" with up to 160 hours on the meter.
